Anchor scripture: Mark 1:29-31. Message Notes: Reconsider the question of “to whom you've been sent.” Write a list of 5-10 names. Consider 3 ways that you might bless one of these people. Reflect on how you may learn about and bless others. How can you practice hands on care and/or hospitality in your own unique way? Are there elements of hospitality and care that make you feel uncomfortable or stressed? If so, pray for wisdom on alternative ways to serve others or eliminate barriers. Open your calendar, in whatever format you keep it, to identify a one hour block of time in the next 10 days that you might reserve for quiet time with the Lord. Get Ready for Next Week: Ready through Mark’s Gospel, 2 or 3 chapters each day. Reflect on what you’ve read. How are you stirred to live more sent? What are the postures, priorities, and practices you want to pursue?
