Message Notes: Read John 13. When you think of serving others, do you immediately think of those on your path in daily life? Those you live with? How would your interactions with those your loved ones and friends be changed through acts of Christ-like service? How do you respond to the idea of servant leadership? Reflect on a time when you have been served. How the does that experience shape your outlook on serving others? This week, commit to the practice of praying in this way each day. Do you rely on the Lord to energize and sustain you as you serve, even in times that you may feel drained? Is it difficult for you to accept help and service from others? If so, why?
